Each drawing is drawn using AutoCad Lt.  Our packages include 5 complete sets - on approx 24" x 36" paper.  Included in each set is a elevation view of each side of the house, a plan drawing, and a roof-line drawing.  Drawings are created in both 1/4" and 1/8" scales.  Our plans are ready for you to send out for bids, and / or construction.  Note our house plans do not offer all the details for a do-it-yourselfer.  Note: even though we believe these plans to be structurally sound, we cannot guarantee the structural integrity of your home.  Also we cannot guarantee our plans will meet any or all of the building codes in your area.

Review Sets

 In addition to the full size drawings we also offer a "Review Set" which are printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper.  They are similar to a construction set but without the dimensions.  The review set also comes with a furniture layout plan.
